Our Friday afternoons are no longer lazy since we started dance class again. But Delaney was really excited to go see Mrs. Leisha and Miss Kara. I cannot believe that this is Delaney's fourth year of dancing!
This is Delaney just before we left for dancing, holding one of her surprises from the Dollar Tree. She has been talking about getting a hand puppet for a while, but always chose something else instead. Today she chose this Kangaroo puppet, a pack of three radio shaped pencil sharpeners, and a bag of Teddy Grahams. She plans to get an alligator puppet next Friday!
Ross said that when he asked Delaney if she had a good day at school, she said she'd had a "terrific" day, but then a few minutes later she said that she didn't like school because she was tired of being away from us. Fridays probably have that effect on lots of kids! She was excited to have two days off of school.
