If you have been to the Pancake Pantry in Gatlinberg, then you know why I added all of those exclamation points. It is so super yum! Could be the most expensive breakfast we've even eaten, but definately worth the expense. It is one of those places that is on the list for every trip toGatlinberg. Danielle and I both ordered the pecan waffle with pecan syrup! In the words of Rachel Ray: YUM-O!! After eating, we took a slow walk thru Gatlinberg , heading towards the Aquarium.
